Don’t you hate it when every time you boil an egg and then try to peel it half the white comes off too? Just try boiling it the right way, and you’ll never encounter this problem ever again!
Take the eggs out of the fridge and let it warm to room temperature. Pierce the bottom part of the eggs with a needle or a paper clip, whatever’s available that is sharp and pointy.
Slightly salted water goes into a pan and up to a rolling boil. When it’s really boiling put the eggs in.
