Cool Jewelry DIY Tutorial: Necklace from a Felt Border

I bought this felt border initially as a table decoration and had a great idea in my mind. When I saw it lying on the table, it didn’t please me at all. So I needed something new. And while I did a little snipping on it, I thought probably the felt part would be nice as a necklace. After a couple of eyelets and studs, I was sure – it really does!
