- Satin ribbon

DIY Tutorial: The Step-By-Step Craft Instructions
DIY Step 1
Cut off from the lace fabric about 70 cm long and 7 cm wide strips.
DIY Step 2
Thread a yarn (about 40 centimeters long), knot it well at the open end and stitch alternating from the front and back at about one centimeter intervals through the lace. By contracting the seams you will get nice gathers. Arrived at the end, knot the thread a few times. My collar got a length of 36 centimeters.
DIY Step 3
Stitch with the sewing machine (or manually) the lace gathers for several times.
DIY Step 4
Cut from the satin ribbon about 80 centimeters for the collar.
DIY Step 5
Fix the ribbon on both ends of the collar and sew it on.
DIY Step 6
Cut the satin ribbon in the middle. DONE!
