- One teaspoon of yogurt

Preparation:

2. For oily and problem skin
- Half a teaspoon of turmeric
- Half a teaspoon of dark honey
- A few drops of aloe vera gel
- One teaspoon of yogurt or whey

3. For dry skin
- Half a teaspoon of turmeric
- One teaspoon of yogurt
- Half a teaspoon of argan / coconut / olive oil
Preparation:
Mix everything together, apply on clean skin, leave on for 30 minutes and rinse with warm water.
You can also keep the mask in the fridge and reuse it later.
Use a mask every 3 days. For problem skin or hyperpigmentation, apply it more often. Then rinse with warm water or tonic.
