In all natural baking science, mixing together baking (bicarbonate) soda and lemon juice creates a bubbly chemical reaction that produces an amazing result when it comes to cleaning!
Here is a recipe for a greener and hassle-free way to clean your toilet.
Ingredients:
- 160 g of baking soda
- 60 ml of lemon juice
- ½ cup of vinegar
- hydrogen peroxide
- 15-20 drops of any fragrant oil
Preparation:
Mix baking soda and lemon juice in a small bowl. They will start a chemical reaction. When it’s finished, in a separate bowl combine together the hydrogen peroxide and vinegar. Add this liquid to the lemon-soda blend drop by drop.
Finally, slowly add the fragrant oil of your choice.
Then take a spoon and make half-balls of this mixture. Place them on parchment paper for drying. This will take at least 4 hours, so best leave them overnight. When completely dry, store them in a sealed glass jar in a bathroom.
Whenever it’s time for cleaning, drop one ball in a toilet and see how your most used plumbing appliance come out good as new!
